The TaylorSense monitoring system is essentially a drop-in replacement battery box that is compatible with any Taylor instrument that includes an expression system battery box. It streams data to your smartphone via Bluetooth which is then interpreted by the TaylorSense app. The data is displayed in eye-pleasing graphical form.
It monitors humidity, temperate, battery life and records any impacts the guitar may encounter. In addition to that, the application includes a tuner, 4 track recorder, metronome and information on caring for your instrument. This means that next time you board an airplane with your guitar, you will be able to know if it receives any impacts, including when and how it happened.
